When i came in on friday you touched the place infected and it squirted. What food did we talk about. I know this is a long shot but I really want you!!!!

Castle - w4m (Ybor)
You; black trench, masked. Your friend wore the same. I wanted to dance with you longer but I just didn't feel right leaving my friend alone, it would have been too tempting to leave with you. You came across as dominant, I loved it. I loved the way you moved, and you were wearing a cologne that smelled divine.

Guilty Pleasure

Whether I'm laughing at them or with them, the Jersey Shore is hilarious and I'm not afraid to admit I watch it. A lot of people turn their nose up to reality tv, and I used to be one of them. Then the Jersey Shore came, yes it is mindless I know, but it's like a car crash and I can't look away. Alex Pappademas of GQ breaks it down perfectly below.

Then something weird happened: America got to know these kids, and America grew to love them a little. "Pauly D" DelVecchio, the DJ with the bombproof Gotti Boys tape-up, turned out to be hilariously funny; Jenni "JWOWW" Farley turned out to be a gruff den mother with a heart as big as her implants; Snooki turned out to be a goddamn national treasure.Sure, they all got shithouse drunk and screamed bleeped curse words in one another's faces and flashed their thongs and referred to girls who didn't meet their rigorous physical-attractiveness standards as "grenades" and generally embodied every negative stereotype associated with Italian-American culture you can embody without murdering someone for control of a gambling syndicate. But they never seemed less than totally genuine, something you can't say about the last ten years of Real World fuckbots, and they lived, for the most part, by a bro code, and they kept each other in line, and they always said grace at dinner. They were less like the Sopranos and more like the Simpsons—irascible cartoons with skin tones not found in nature, accused of contributing to the decline of family values while actually reaffirming those values. And over the course of two seasons, they've grown into the most charismatic characters on TV. Read More

Cruisin for a Bruisin

Looks like I'm headed down to Miami tomorrow for a show of such magnitude, I don't think it will ever be topped. If you live in Florida there's no way you should miss this. I've seen some amazing performances, but I don't think I've ever been to a show where I was able to see more then three great bands in one night. Tomorrow night there will be at least one night! Below is just a taste of the four bands I'm looking forward to the most.

Ty Segall

Jacuzzi Boys

Thee Oh Sees

Surfer Blood

Get On The Bandwagon Now

Tyler, The Creator is known for his work as part of OFWGKTA aka Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All aka Odd Future. Tyler, The Creator has estimated that his sophomore solo album Goblin, being published through a deal with label XL Recordings, might be released in April. This is a random comment from the youtube clip that must be shared.

“I’m freakin speechless. I’m a 50 year old negro man and this shit is beautiful. Damn man, this reminds me of the first time I heard parliaments mothership connection. Makes me want to go out and get a bag of weed and listen to every verse over and over and over and over again and again. Awesome young man, just freakin awesome.”

Also check out this insane performance on Jimmy Fallon of Tyler, the Creator and Hodgy Beats performing "Sandwitches"

Rohan on Puleo

If you haven't read Bobby Puleo's interview that has been causing a shit storm throughout the industry, then read it here. Billy Rohan wrote an article that best describes what's going on in Bobby's world. I would really recommend reading it. Below is just an excerpt, full article here.

This is a tough interview coming from Bobby Puleo. Because of the many conversations I've had with him over the years from everything to do with the great thinkers of the world to global conspiracy theories he has, to who the best member of the Wu Tang Clan was. Though we agree to disagree on a number of topics I still consider him one of the foremost thinkers of our time. In a simialar light Bobby reminds me of a 21st century version of Albert Pike if he were a Skater. Much like Puleo Pike was a self educated man with ideas at the time that were so far ahead that he was seen as a Genius by some and a madman by others.

Rug-Rat Rappers

One Final Hello For Uncle Leo

Actor Len Lesser, best known for his role as Uncle Leo on 'Seinfeld,' is dead, the Associated Press reports. The veteran character actor died at home in Burbank, Calif., from cancer-related pneumonia. He was 88.

In a statement, Lesser's daughter, Michele Lesser, said, "Heaven got a great comedian and actor today. ... Thank you to all the people who helped make my father's last journey special, and surrounded with love. The doctors, nurses, and staff have been outstanding, and Dad was in phenomenal hands. His passing was peaceful, with great dignity, and surrounded by those who loved him dearly."

In addition to his widely known role on 'Seinfeld,' Lesser appeared on many other television series over the course of his 60-year career, including 'Get Smart,' 'That Girl,' 'The Munsters,' 'The Monkees,' 'thirtysomething,' 'ER' and 'Everybody Loves Raymond.' His most recent TV appearance was on TV drama 'Castle.'

Lesser also appeared in a handful of movies including 'The Outlaw Josey Wales,' 'Kelly's Heroes,' 'Birdman of Alcatraz' and 'Death Hunt.'

The actor is survived by his daughter, Michele; son, David; daughter-in-law, Julie; and grandchildren, Jonathan, Kayla and Mayah. Link here.

Missed Connection Mondays

Last night at the Atlantic - m4w - 21 (Gainesville/The Atlantic)
'Ello I am svelt and often moistened man looking to find a wonderful lass I snogged the night prior to today's own night. You were rather attractive and I quite fancy you. I gave you my number but I think it was the wrong one (I have yet to hear your song like voice coming through my telly), I was quite possibly stricken dumb by your radiant beauty. Anyway I have black curly hair like that of Patty Mayonnaise from that show Doug and I dance like an Egyptian quite well. Well, my mates and I danced like Egyptians and my mate might have fancied your one friend too. Maybe we can double date? I hope you see this, right.

UCF student disabilities office - m4w (UCF)
to the lady in the student disabilities office at UCF. I think you are pretty. We talk occassionally, but I never get up the courage to say I want to fuck you til you can't stand up.

Argyle McDonalds - w4m (Argyle Area)
You were there with your son in the play area. I believe his name was Tyler. He was four and had white blonde hair. I'm chicken and never have the guts to approach anyone. I'm not sure if you'd have been interested anyway. I had woken up late, worked all day (teacher), and was ragged and gross by the time I made it to McDonald's. I had the three kids, and we left because my daughter peed her pants. Let me know if you might want to talk more. Please tell me where I sat in relation to you so I know you are the right person. ;)

Fugazi Live

Fugazi live in Louisville, Kentucky April 4 2002 from the End Hits album. This song used to be in so many 411's back in the day. I love the drummer at the very end.
